The inspiration for New Universe came from the desire to create an Art Deco building with a contemporary twist. The use of titanium-plated family crests and metal rails adds a touch of understated luxury and a laid-back atmosphere. The family crests evoke a sense of belonging and honor, instilling a feeling of pride in the residents.

What sets New Universe apart is its unique combination of the simplicity style and Art Deco elements. The linear design elements and exquisite craftsmanship used in the exterior construction create a visually stunning and delicate appearance. The integration of decoration materials and colors further enhances the overall aesthetic.

The balconies of New Universe are adorned with verdant plants, transparent glass parapets, and classical panel grilles. The addition of colored glasses to the parapets adds a touch of uniqueness to the classical panel grilles. The circular holes on the driveway walls, inspired by Yayoi Kusama's artworks, allow proper daylight to enter and ensure safety when driving to the underground parking garage. These holes seamlessly blend functionality and allure, creating a harmonious integration with the surrounding environment.
